We are excited to welcome Danielle McFadden, Social Worker, who will be presenting on a mindfulness technique called
Tangle Therapy
When a person has a fidget toy to hold and manipulate during stressful times, it takes their mind away from their thoughts and feelings
It is a form of Mindfulness – allows the mind to become quiet and focused (similar to Mindful Colouring)
Encourages fine motor dexterity, focus, mental and physical wellness
Fits in your hand, and is subtle – a quiet outlet, can be used anywhere (in waiting rooms, during appointments, in vehicles, at home, while on the phone)
